granting a group

I'm working on db2 v9.5 on unix aix .
I've set up several users in operating system , in a same group,
and gave them permission to connect to database and perform a number of tables .

I want now, even new objects in the database to be defined by one of these users,
will have automatic permission to other users too
(So I do not have to give permission every time a new object will be created).

How do I do this?
