db2 9.1.9 metadata query

Hi

Our DB2 version is 9.1.9 on AIX. I would like to

1) Find the Database authorities owned by PUBLIC. We can get this information from command centre but I would like to know the tables which store this information.

2) Find fenced stored routines for a user.
