Whats the latest 9.7 patch? Fix pack 3a or Fix pack 3
IBM - DB2 Fix Packs by version for DB2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows

When is the next patch?

The latest is 3a.The fixpack release cycle is about 6 months these days, so probably another five months before Fixpack 4 comes along (unless they find a severe problem with 3a and have to issue a release for 3b).
