code set migration for db2

Hello friendz,
Do you know of any tool for DB2 that scans the database for characters with bad encoding (for example, the DB is ISO …, but the char is encoded in UTF) ?
I know Oracle has such a tool for their DB, it’s called Character Set Scanner Utility (CSSCAN) that can scan an entire database to verify that all data stored in the database use the correct character encoding.
Do we have any of such tool for DB2 ?
