Binding or precompilation did not complete successfully.

Hi guys,

I'm facing this error while I do a db2 import
"SQL0001N Binding or precompilation did not complete successfully."
Connecting the DB from (windows XP, DB2 v9.1) to (AIX 5.3, DB2 v8.1)
Can anyone please give a fix for this issue.
