Best approach for importing csv files to db2 9.1 version

Hi,
I need to import csv files to db2 on a scheduled basis.Please suggest on what may be the best approach.
Are there any Automation tools which import csv files to db2 on scheduled basis?
Using Commands /utilities in DB2 like Db2Import, load which allows to import data into tables-Is this the right approach?
For manipulating data in csv file and importing it to db2 what may be the best approach?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
