It is nice to be a part of this forum.

i have a small problem for which help is required.

I have a db and through query, a multi line report is generated where i have current and next assignments placed under each date colum for look ahead plan and decision making process, a part of which is attached for reference

now i want to generate a single line report for each name showing the asignment(if leave then leave other wise assignment) under each date colum

help is badly needed.
