How to manage replication after migration

Hi All,
We are planning to do migration of db2 8.2 to 9.5.
There is replication in the server we want to migrate.
What should I have to do with replication server.Are there any special steps to take care for the same or it will get self tuned or configured after migration or I need to configure it again.

Please suggest for the same.
