command line tool to register the 32 bit systemDSN on 64 bit machine

hello,

I wanted to register 32 bit systemDSN on 64 bit windows machine.
one way I can do using ODBC administrator tool from the following path
The 32-bit version of the Odbcad32.exe file is located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\SysWoW64 folder.

My question :
Any commandline tool is there to register the 32 bit systemDSN on 64 bit machine something like

>registerDSN <DSN_NAME>

i am using DB2 v95fp6 version

Thanks,
Amar
