DB2 Error: SQL22205C The DB2 Administration Server encountered an unexpected error

Hi,
I am facing a severe problem with DB2.
There are 2 databases in my DB2 instance
a. User database (128 mb)
b. Application database( 17.7 gb)
As we are preparing a new server, after restoring application database(b),
We are unabled to select path in Control Center during Backup. After long time getting the following error

SQL22205C The DB2 Administration Server encountered an
unexpected error while executing a request.
Explanation:
An unexpected error occurred in the DB2 Administration Server
while it was processing a request.
User Response:
Refer to the DB2 Administration Server's First Failure Data
Capture Log for additional information.
If trace was active, invoke the Independent Trace Facility at
the operating system command prompt. Contact IBM Support with
the following required information:
o Problem description
o SQLCODE or message number
o SQLCA contents if possible
o Trace file if possible

My environment is as follows:

O/S : Windows Server 2003 R2, 32 bit
DB2:

DB2 administration tools level:
Product identifier SQL09013
Level identifier 01040107
Level DB2 v9.1.300.257
Build level s070719
PTF WR21392
==

Attach my configuration parameters.

Please help me.

Hi Bell,
I can use Command Window for Backup/Restore.
But i am bit confused whether it may create any other problem
when we finally shift to this server.
