Db2 version upgrade -- need advice!

Hi,

Our db2 servers have had version DB2 v8.1.2.136 fix pack 15 for the longest time and we are now thinking of bumping it up to the 9 version.. we have DB2 Workgroup Server Edition for Linux. I was wondering what your experience has been with version 9 and above... 8.2 has been pretty stable for us.. is there a certain version that has worked well for some of you? Just curious..thanks!

db2 v8 on linux, why? What was wrong with db2 v7 on OS/2 warp?

We are all driven by the industry and forced by ending support. So, if anything goes wrong, do expect any support from IBM when you report a PMR?
If so
THEN upgrade to V9
ELSE why bother?
