has anybody ever used this procedure
DB2 Security, Part 11: Develop a security plug-in for DB2 database authentication

trying to follow these steps and enabled dbm with db2auth I can not connect anymore to this security db
IBMCLI Driver SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "15" ("PROCESSING FAILURE"). SQLSTATE=08001
using db2admin for this
db2 has been defined before and is being used to start the instance service
db2 is udb 9.7 ese on windows 32b
