HI
I am pretty new to db2. I have an error when i was perfoming the backup.

It returned sql2048n rc 6.

I checked the tbsp and one of them is in reorg in progress state. How to come out of this. For reference the log and tablespace details are below.

Hi guys,

Thank for whoever tried or thought of helping me. This is for beginners like me. Plz dont mind .


The problem is resolved and here is how i figured out.

I took a snapshot of all the applications, Checked for the application which is performing the reorg and found its holding 5 locks and is in lock wait state. I forced this and tablespace came back to normal.

I am working on this even deep so that this doesnt happen again and will post for any further solutions.
