Instance recycle issue with db2v.9.5
I'm getting following issue

db2inst1@srf-db2:~> db2start
07/04/2011 01:58:15 0 0 SQL5043N Support for one or more communications protocols failed to start successfully. However, core database manager functionality started successfully.
SQL1063N DB2START processing was successful

When i am trying to start the Instance after recycled.

and also when I am trying to connect to databases, getting following issue.

SQL1391N The database is already in use by another instance of the database
manager. SQLSTATE=51023

I checked with port numbers also, all are unique.Once server server rebooted issue resolved
