Index rebuild percentage

Is there any way we can estimate the percentage of index rebuild following a load operation ?

For example if indexes of table A are being rebuilt. At any given time, how can I know how many of its indexes were rebuild and how much percentage of the rebuild is done for the index which is currently being rebuilt
