How to schedule automatic backup to run on daily at 11pm?

I have tried using DB2 Health Monitor. Its asks me to specify the start time and duration.

I have mentioned start time as 11 PM and duration 1 hour.

Still, the backup is not created in the location specified?

What are the steps for scheduling automatic backup ?

I would suggest using OS tools that are available on your platform.

I want to use DB2 tools for automatic backup.
Please provide the steps for achieving the same.

Keep in mind that Health Monitor has been deprecated (may be removed in some future release).

IBM is in the process of developing some replacement tools, some free and some for extra fee, to replace Health Monitor.

Automatic maintenance has not been deprecated, but it seems to be intertwined with the Health Monitor. Most DB2 DBA's have learned by experience that cron jobs on UNIX or Linux are a better option.
