Explain / Access Plans DB2

Hi,
I can view DB2 access plans in DB2 control center. I am just wondering is there any good tip /link anyone has for understanding the various shapes and lingo DB2 is using.

I know what table and index scans are but what about the other shapes / colours?

Also, any good tips for outputting the explain / access plan into a nice text friendly format?

Thanks a mill
