minutes issue in db2

Hi Friends

I am new to db2 and currently stuck with an issue regarding the usage of minutes in db2 for which i need your help. below are the details.

I have a 2 timestamp fields and i am subtracting both from each other like
(X.SEND_TS2 - X.SEND_TS1).
what i have to do now is to find if the result of this comparison is less than 15 minutes.
how do i do that in db2.
any suggestions would be of great help.

Thanks
vikeng

all these people that are new to db2, why don't they ever read the doc -- you can not learn db2 by reading/posting to the forum..

It may be better for beginners to read this article before go to manuals.

Introduction

This short article is intended for those who are new to DB2 UDB and wish to
understand how to manipulate dates and times. Most people who have
worked with other databases are pleasantly surprised by how easy it is in DB2 UDB
