What is equivlent to LISTENER as in Oracle ?

Hey Experts,

Which db2 process listens the requests coming on the port. I mean 50000 for example.

Do we need to keep an eye on the service if it is up and running, when db2sysc is already running ?

Regards
DBFinder

db2tcpcm for remote applications using TCP/IP. I believe it's started during db2start when db2comm is set.
