install fp do not show work with existing option

Hi all,
I try to install fp8 on my db2 windows server -v9.5 (fp 0).
When I run the setup.exe file , I don't get the option "work with existing",
so if i try to use "install new" , i have to install new db2 path.

(I tried to use exact installation file in another server, and i get the option
"work with existing").

can enybody tell me what is wrong in my server ?

maybe todo with 32b 64b mixup
you can not install 32b and 64b db2 on same windows machine because registries are in different location and not seen by the partner

It's not the issue . the machine is nt32 bit and so that the installaton file .
