Currently I have download the below ebook and started studying. Can someone tell me that is this book is enough for the the Exam 730 ?

My intenstion is not only passing the test, I wish to progress as DBA.

Free eBooks from IBM

You could also read some of the new free eBooks about the tools around DB2, such as DataStudio, Data Architect, Developing in DB2, pure Query, and other ones. The books are at https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/w...us/FREE+eBooks
(FREE eBooks - Wikis)

These books will help you to have an idea about the DB2 environment, how can you use it, and other possibilies with this database.

Just a database is nothing, you have to have applications, programs, users, etc., in order to understand and learn how to admin a database.
