library files in db2

hi, Can anyone tell me how to get the mising librarly files in db2?
In specific am looking for db2net8.dll.

how this this happen ?
try db2iupdt from root to refresh the instance..
is db2net8.dll not part of federation server for oracle access ?
you need to install/config federation server
