Red face Informix federation DB2 Crash

Hi, I have db2 V9.5 FP 8 on Windows 2003 server 32 bits. I install a database and everything works fine, but when I use informix federation server detects it fine, but when I try to detect the nicknames the database goes down.
Anyone know what could it be?

grateful,

ORLANDO

What do you mean by "database goes down"? Which database? What's in db2diag.log?

A database is just a bunch of files; how can it "be stopped"? You obviously mean something else, so you'd be better off using standard DB2 terminology. How do you discover that "the database is stopped"? Any error messages?

Also, you have omitted the most important parts of db2diag.log that go before and after the fragment that you have posted.

Looks like a DB2 bug; you should contact DB2 support.
