Alias getting -204

Anybody have any ideas on this Alias.
Its gotta be something silly that i am missing but I just can’t figure it out

I created an Alias in one DB2T that points to another DB2P
Create works fine but when I try to Select from the Alias -204 ‘not found’
Gets…..
DSNT408I SQLCODE = -204, ERROR: APPLDBA.TESTALS IS AN UNDEFINED NAME

Then I created alias in remote site as same name in db2p and it worked fine. I was able to select from DB2T too.

Thanks
Ravi

You need to post the DDL for creating the alias and the object for the object and the statement you are using to reference the alias in which you are getting the error. Also post your DB2 version and OS.
