Control Center? Partition or Instance?

Question?

I have created multiple instances on my DB2 Server. No issues

db2icrt Inst1 -s ese -p D:\IBM\instances -u db2account,password -r:20001,20001

But in Control Center some appear as Partitions (see pic)

Thing is in db2cmd (The real world) it acts just like an instance?

What does this mean?
