Java Package Issue

I'm getting the error msg below. Can someone tell me which bnd file need to be bound for NULLID.DDJC360B ?

java.sql.SQLException: [BEA][DB2 JDBC Driver][DB2]PROGRAM NAME NULLID.DDJC360B 0X4A44424334444232 NOT FOUND IN PLAN null

List of DB2 packages:
IBM DB2 v9.5 Bind File and Package Name List - United States


But I don't think it's on this list. I'm not sure if this will help but try granting createin on schema nullid to the user id (or public) getting this error.
