Runstats job abended with S0E0 and REASON=0000002A

I ran Runstats job on index and it abended with following error

IEF450I P0TSKXNR STEP1 - ABEND=S0E0 U0000 REASON=0000002A 854

DSNU000I DSNUGUTC - OUTPUT START FOR UTILITY, UTILID = RUNSTP
DSNU050I DSNUGUTC - RUNSTATS INDEX(GIBILL01.BILL3DX1_PMINDU_PK)
DSNU017I DSNUGBAC - UTILITY DATA BASE SERVICES MEMORY EXECUTION ABENDED, REASON=X'00E0'

Please let me know the reason for the abend and how to resolve it
