Question DB2 expiry date issue

When i entered the command db2licm -l it's showing

Expiry date : ""Product not registered". It mean my db2 software works or not.
Or it is a trail version. Please give me a reply. Thanks in advance.

Please provide the entire output of db2licm -l, and also db2level.

I don't know what that means. But I would upgrade to the latest fixpack, since you are on fixpack 0.

You probably have an evaluation version, if I remember correctly it will function for 90 days. Since 9.x IBM put an hard stop for certain functions, meaning that they wont work without a valid license. If you are evaluating ESE contact your sales rep, they can probably provide you with a licence that will get you through evaluation.

I have installed Try and Buy copies, and it shows the 90 day expiry date.

At one time, even if one had a licensed copy, it was supposed to be "registered" online, but I have not seen that recently with the licenses that my company is entitled to.
