Error in db2_all date execution

Hi all,

In our setup Db2 v 9.7 with fixpack 4

3 dev servers

Instance with the name of db2inst1

2 databases

Issue:
=====

Executed the command in the 3rd server:

[db2inst1@prddw3 bin]$ db2_all date
WHOAMI could not be set from whoami or LOGNAME or USER

Could you please give me the solution, how to fix this issue....

Did you set up the ssh keys using RSA?

Also, if you using bash shell, you must create a file called .profile on the home directory of the instance owner for the IBM supplied ksh scripts such as db2_all:

#!/bin/ksh
if [ -f $HOME/sqllib/db2profile ]; then
. $HOME/sqllib/db2profile
fi

(note that in the above script there is a space between the dot and the $HOME)
