In my understanding - no way !


Excuse me everybody; if I am wrong.

Of course you have to import or load back into db2 database and export as csv.

ps: some one else said " import into foxpro and . . . .". Importing DB2 ixf files into SQLServer 2000

I would be shocked if that (FoxPro) worked. In any case, one can download a free copy of DB2 Express-C and then import/load the files, and then re-export as DEL.

If for some reason you can't import into db2 like others proposed, the ixf format is described here (9.5)

IBM DB2 9.5 Information Center for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Way overkill to write a parser for a onetime job, but it might be an option if you do this on a regular basis.
