It has a monitoring appliance with built-in DB2 LUW monitoring.
It is a free, open-source monitoring solution with which you can be up and running and monitoring in 60 minutes.

The only version of DB2 that runs on Mac OS is DB2 Express-C, which happens to be free (for any purpose you want to use it):
