Post connecting db2connect via ODBC

hello
i'm gionne21 from rome.
i've a problem to connect db2connect via ODBC to an Oracle DBMS.
This is the detailed configuration:

CLIENT:
O.S.: Linux Red Hat 8.1
Oracle: 9.1
Db2Connect

SERVER DB2:
O.S.: OS/390
DB2: 7.1

i've installed the db2connect and it's working properly
i've installed Oracle and it's working properly
i must put inside the Oracle file listener.ora the extproc to connect to odbc: it's name is tg4mb80 but i don't know where to find it.
i've yet got an answer: inside the Oracle installation disk but there isn't.
does anybody know where i can find it?
thank you in advance.

It is named Transparent Gateway.
But,if you need only executing SQL on OS/390 from Oracle (which means, only ODBC),You don't need Transparent Gateway.
