db2MonitorSwitches
Hello All,

I am trying to understand how the DB2 API works and was using this db2MonitorSwitches API call. Can anybody let me know if this will enable the switches at Instance Level or at Application Level.

Application level.
The instance level is controlled by corresponding dbm parameters.
