Unhappy

I've found this old answer for the same error.
"This message is seen when the db2 process cannot obtain a latch while
connecting to the database shared memory" [posted Dec 28 2002 19:58 by Fred Nurk]

What does it mean and what i have to do to solve this strange problem ?

Thx Giovanni
