IBM DB2 Provider

Does anyone know where i can do download of IBM DB2 provider ?
I don't want Microsoft Provider, i want IBM Provider...
I don't found one link to download in IBM website...
Just found download of fixedpack and client...
I need this because i have one customer thar use DB2 version 4 and they dont will do update db2.
Then, i want know if i can do download of IB2 DB2 provider or i will have use Microsoft provider, that i can install with MDAC...
