Minimum install for using ODBC

Hi all,

I am trying to create an ODBC to connect to DB2. I have had no problems doing this. However I don't want to install all of DB2 Connect to get the odbc to work. In fact I would like to have the smallest install possible. Does anyone know the minimum to install to get the odbc to work for db2.

The problem arrises becasue i have to install this software on about 3000 machines that only are using a 56k connection. I have to figure out how to install the odbc functionality using as small of an install file as possible!

Thanks

I don't think you have to user db2connect ? Check to install the Runtime Client only.
