How to Migrate Warehouse manager server from Windows to AIX?

I'm currently using DB2 WM v7.2 and planning to upgrade to DB2 WM v8. I
would like to know if there is some documentation/procedure on how to
migrate my WM server from Windows to AIX 5.2. The control database and
target database currently sit on the AIX box.
