db2sec and db2jds are not getting closed

Hi,
those 2 processes (db2jds & db2sec) of the db2 client. are not closed when going out from applications (such as Command Center, Control Center, and even if wsad used them and is closed, they are not colsed also).
Did someone here ran into this problem ?
