Value checking
Hi,

We are using UDB v8 an AIX 4.3.

Is there a way to check whether a column value is integer or string...
I'm hoping functions like ISINTEGER, ISSTRING etc..

AFAIK, There is no inbuilt function ...

Writing a UDF should not be too very difficult ..
