Question control center start problem
Hello, All!

I cannot start control center. Process is starting (I can see javaw.exe in task manager) but nothing on the screen.

Environment:
Windows 2000 Server + SP4
DB2 EE 8.1 + SP3

Make sure that the DB2 Administrative Server is started.

Administrative service is started.
Problem occurs after DB2 SP3 installation
