DTS pull from old DB on AS400

My company has an old MISYS database system which I'm supplementing reports by pulling into SQL Server for presentation on the web. One query I want to emulate, pulls data from a file (appears as a view in DTS) with a different member designation than the others. Being an AS400 newbie, how can I get this file/member to be recognized by DTS, or is there a way to specify the member in an SQL statement?
