performance problems with DB2 for loads and stored procs

We are experiencing major performance degration after moving our two production databases over to new RS6000 hardware. We are running two DB2 UDB 7.2 database instances on AIX 5.2L and the load times and execution times for our stored procedures and bulk data loads are very slow. Any tips on how to tune performance in this type of situation? Thanks
