Can I call UDF from a trigger with Linux/Windows DB2 edition?

Checking pevious threads, I am taught that for DB2 Linux/Windows edition, I can NOT call stored procedure from a trigger.
So as a possible workaround, can I call UDF from a trigger?

Thanks
