how can we set 'VI' editor whil at db2=>

I wanna 'VI' whatever I command I type to modify as in Oracle.

sorry!
But I wannna see the last command I typed in buffer.
!vi will just open editor
but I need to see whatever command in buffer so I can make modifications like typo.
In oracle we can say list OR l2 to goto 2'd line (ln= n'th line) in buffer.
