Win 2000 SP3 DB2 8.1 FP2

Hi,

I have the follow error when I start a command Window:
DB2CMD.EXE -> 0
SQLN1652N File IO error occured

What deos it mean ?

I've seen this error when the user starting the Command Window wasn't allowed to write to the SQLLIB\bin directory.
You could use the filemon tool from www.sysinternals.com to find out if this could be the cause of your problem.
