stored procedure failure due to SQL0901N The SQL statement

We updated the instance and loaded application development client for DB2 UDB 7.2 that were missing on the installation. Tried to compile stored procedures keep getting:

SQL0901N The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe system error. Subsequent SQL statements can be processed. (Reason "call to sqloopen failed".) SQLSTATE=58004

We are running DB2 UDB 7.2 FP10a on AIX 5.2L. Any tips on how to resolve these stored proc build errors? Thanks

application development client fixpak levels

We also have the application development client libraries installed on the new server. Would I also need to update a fixpak for these as well?
