I'm trying to use the classes of Intelligent Miner for Data in C++ through an example in the appendix of the manual "Application Programming Interface and Utility Reference".
When I compile the file 'idmsdb2.cpp' I get compilation errors since
headers like
istring.hpp, iksset.h,isrtset.h, iset.h, isrtrel.h, icursor.h, isrtset.h, ...
are missing.
Actually I checked and there are not such files in the 'include' folder of IM for Data.

Am I making anything wrong? Does anybody know about these files.
