DB : DB2 UDB V8 FP3

Hi guys:

How one can view a fileunder DB2 directory called db2eventlog.000? Is it only meant for DB2 customer service or a DBA can view by using some sort of utility?

Hi,

You didn't wrote why would you like to see that file contents. If you have some problems I advice you to see db2diag.log. This file is diagnostic file.

Hi:

well, we did have a problem with the database but there was no information in the db2diag.log file. The only file with updated timestamp was this db2eventlog.000, so I was wondering if there is anything in that file which can provide a clue.
