Calling db2 stored procedures

Hello,
I am using Websphere Application Developer on windows XP(my machine) and DB2 v7.1 Enterprise Edition is installed on the server and Administration Client on my machine. I cannot use db2 stored procedures. No java procedures no sql procedures. Java stored procedures cannot be compiled, I learnt that a compiler must be installed but where do I set up the default compiler ?? Also I don't have folder named "routine" under "SQLLIB\function" is it normal ?? and one last question, although I have db2udp.dll , it says that it cannot be loaded when I call an Sql stored procedures, could you please help, it is so urgent.
