Arrow REORG/RUNSTAT - User v/s System tables

Rerog and Runstat should be run against users tables, but how important is to run it against system tables?

Do a reorgchk on the database - that will tell you how the system tables are doing. Reorg based on what you get. I think it could turn out to be fairly important if the tables need reorganisation. I think one of the indications will be the catalog cache hit ratio will fall significantly.
